FAQ

What skill level is required to join a workshop?

Our workshops are best suited for intermediate to advanced photographers who are comfortable operating their camera in manual or semi-manual modes. If you’re unsure whether a trip is right for you, reach out — we’re happy to guide you.

How many participants are on each trip?

We intentionally keep our groups small to maximize instruction and shooting opportunities. Most workshops range from 4–8 participants depending on the destination.

What camera gear should I bring?

A DSLR or mirrorless camera with a telephoto lens is recommended for wildlife-focused trips. After booking, you’ll receive a detailed gear guide tailored to your specific workshop.

Are lodging and meals included?

Inclusions vary by destination. Each workshop page clearly outlines what is included (lodging, meals, transportation, park fees, etc.) so there are no surprises.

What happens if wildlife is unpredictable?

Wildlife is never guaranteed — that’s part of the authenticity of photographing in the wild. However, trips are scheduled around peak seasons and led by an experienced guide who understands animal behavior and optimal shooting conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit is required to reserve your spot. Cancellation terms are outlined on each workshop page. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Do you offer private tours or one-on-one instruction?

Yes. Private and custom photography adventures are available upon request. These are ideal for photographers who prefer personalized instruction or flexible scheduling.

How physically demanding are the trips?

Each workshop varies. Some involve early mornings and moderate walking, while others may include rugged terrain. Specific physical requirements are outlined on each trip page.

Ready to Photograph the Wild?

Spots are intentionally limited to keep groups small and experiences personal. If you’re ready to elevate your wildlife photography and experience iconic wild places the right way, your next adventure starts here.
